Candis graduated from Victoria University after completing a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Master of Heath Science (Osteopathy). Candis has been around animals all her life and has undergone extensive post graduate studies in animal biomechanics medicine and animal Osteopathy. Realising the benefits osteopathy has for humans and animals alike she enjoys helping people and their animals on a daily basis. Prior to joining the team at The Movement Joint she practiced in Warrandyte from a privately run home business in order to accommodate her high demand in the animal industry. 

 

Throughout her career Candis has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience; she is highly personable and endeavours to tailor treatment programs to an individual’s needs, utilising a wide variety of Osteopathic techniques she has treated people of all ages and conditions. As a horse rider herself she specialises in horse rider’s injury treatment and prevention, among other areas of expertise. She is strongly committed to achieving the best outcome for all her clients in order to aid recovery. When she is not working Candis enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her multitude of pets.
